We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our innovative and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Meta page management, PPC advertising, performance marketing, and SEO. This role involves managing digital campaigns, optimizing performance across platforms, and supporting sales efforts for premium plot layouts and high-end real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Meta pages and run effective Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and implement SEO strategies to enhance online visibility.
- Execute and monitor performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
- Develop engaging content for marketing materials and digital channels.
- Generate inquiries, convert leads, and handle sales reporting and follow-ups.
- Interact with clients, build strong relationships, and manage a customer database.
- Lead and manage the sales executive team, fostering collaboration and meeting business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Proficiency in SEO, content marketing, and performance analysis.
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms and sales management.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle high-value clients and develop lasting business relationships.
