While you can make payments and conduct transactions using third-party services on our platform, Raarya is not involved in those transactions. This means that we are not responsible for them and have no control over them. You use our services and platform at your own risk.

Raarya offers a marketplace where users (called “Listers”) can publish and advertise items for sale. Raarya.com does not own or manage these listings and is not involved in any interactions or contracts between Listers and potential buyers.

Raarya is not a developer, broker, or agent and does not act as one for any users, advertisers, or buyers. By using this platform, you understand that Raarya.com has no control over the listings, including the information in them.

However, Raarya does have the right to monitor and manage content to ensure the platform runs smoothly, prevent fraud, and maintain quality. If you’re a Lister or advertiser, you acknowledge that Raarya.com can monitor your listings and verify the information you provide, but it is not obligated to do so.

You understand that Raarya.com does not control or take responsibility for ads, listings, messages, or any content shared on its platform. This means you might encounter content that is offensive, misleading, or objectionable. You are responsible for evaluating and bearing the risks associated with your listings, including any claims or penalties from authorities Raarya.com is not liable for any issues arising from content you access.

Raarya.com does not pre-screen content but can remove any that violates its terms. Additionally, the platform may link to third-party websites, and if you visit those, you’ll be subject to their terms. Raarya.com does not guarantee the accuracy of information on those sites and is not responsible for any issues that arise from them.

Raarya.com does not endorse any content or opinions shared on its platform and are not liable for user-generated content. The platform does not allow copyright infringement or violations of intellectual property rights and may remove any infringing content if properly notified. Raarya.com can also remove content without notice and may terminate access for repeat infringers—those who have been notified of infringement more than twice. Ultimately, Raarya.com decides what content is appropriate and in line with its terms.

RIGHTS OF RAARYA

Raarya.com reserves the right to reject or disable an account if the user violates any applicable laws or breaches this agreement, including for reasons related to the safe and secure operation of the site.

Raarya.com  has a system in place to check and verify user information to ensure that brokers are not registering on the site. If a user is found to be a broker, Raarya.com can reject or disable their account without any explanation.

Raarya.com can change, suspend, or end any part of its services, including features, fees, and layout, as well as temporarily or permanently deactivate user accounts and access to the site, at any time and without prior notice.

GUIDELINES FOR LISTINGS

Prospective buyers of properties on our platform should verify all relevant legal documents, such as ownership deeds, land titles, and necessary approvals, in line with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA). This includes ensuring compliance with local laws and building codes. Listers must obtain and renew all required permissions and certifications for their listed properties. They should also provide a brief background on the property regarding title, ownership, and possession. Raarya.com may request supporting documents for these claims, and Listers may need to swear an affidavit to confirm the accuracy of the information provided.

Check before Personal Information includes details like Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, biometric data, and financial information such as bank account, debit card, and credit card details. This information is used to personally identify the user and/or any related individuals.

Our website may have links to other websites. When you click these links, you leave our site. We are not responsible for how these other websites use your information or for their content. We recommend that you read the privacy policies of these websites, as they may be different from ours.

ELIGIBLE FOR POSTING :

This platform is for adults only, and you must be at least 18 years old to use it. Minors can only access it with a legal guardian’s approval and cannot make transactions. If you’re a minor, please don’t share personal information. Contact us through a parent or guardian instead.

PRIVACY  POLICY AND  SECURITY :

User credentials are intended for use only by the designated organization and its employees. Users must take precautions to prevent unauthorized access to their usernames and passwords. Additionally, users cannot use software to download or extract data from the site without prior written consent.

The company is not liable for any fraudulent transactions or unauthorized deductions from users’ bank accounts.

You agree that Raarya can process and analyze your application, documents, and any communications between you and the advertiser/seller according to its terms of use and privacy policy. Raarya will store and use this information, even if the advertised property is no longer available. They may use your application details to see if you’re interested in other real estate listings and may contact you about them, even if you’ve registered with the National Do Not Call Registry (NDNC).
